This week, Run Club decided to go someplace a little different for their workout. The Manhattan Beach Sand Dunes Park served as the perfect location for a grueling and awesome event led by Dylan Efron. The runners had 30 minutes to walk (or crawl) up and down the 100-foot-tall sand mountain as many times as they could. Once the time was up, Dylan led a small group crazy enough to go up the dune one last time… running. After a much needed cool down, a few large pizzas, and good conversation, everybody went home a little bit stronger.
