1. ELIGIBILITY
The “Drink Nosotros Tequila, Win a YETI Cooler” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open
only to legal residents of Texas who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and directors of Nosotros Tequila, Republic National Distributing
Company (RNDC) Texas, Spec's Wine, Spirits & Finer Foods, and their respective
parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and
immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children, and their respective
spouses) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (CT) on June 1, 2025 and ends
at 11:59 p.m. CT on July 26, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes consists
of eight (8) weekly entry periods, as outlined below. One (1) winner will be selected
from entries received during each entry period:
 Week 1: June 1 – June 7, 2025
 Week 2: June 8 – June 14, 2025
 Week 3: June 15 – June 21, 2025
 Week 4: June 22 – June 28, 2025
 Week 5: June 29 – July 5, 2025
 Week 6: July 6 – July 12, 2025
 Week 7: July 13 – July 19, 2025
 Week 8: July 20 – July 26, 2025

3. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, visit a participating Spec’s Wine, Spirits & Finer Foods location and scan the
QR code displayed in-store. Complete the entry form with your full name, email
address, mailing address, and phone number.
Alternatively, enter online by visiting: [insert entry website link].
Limit one (1) entry per person per week. Entries beyond this limit, automated entries,
or entries using multiple identities or email addresses will be disqualified. No purchase
is required to enter or win.

4. WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION & PRIZE DELIVERY
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received
during each weekly entry period. Drawings will take place within three (3) business
days following the end of each weekly period.
Winners will be notified via both phone and email. If a selected winner does not
respond within seven (7) days of initial contact, an alternate winner may be selected
from among the remaining eligible entries. All decisions of the Sponsor are final and
binding.
Prize Fulfillment:
Each YETI Cooler will be shipped directly to the winner using the mailing address
provided at the time of entry. All coolers will be shipped during the week of August
4, 2025, following the conclusion of the promotion, and may take 2–3 weeks to arrive.
Shipping is limited to addresses within the United States. No international shipping is
available.

5. PRIZES
A total of eight (8) prizes will be awarded — one per week. Each weekly winner will
receive:
 One (1) YETI Tundra 45 Cooler (Approximate Retail Value: $325)
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other
alternatives. All federal, state, and local taxes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of
the winner.

6. VERIFICATION

Each potential winner must complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and
Liability/Publicity Release, where permitted by law. Failure to comply within the
specified timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the
Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel,
modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes at any time if fraud, technical failures, or any factor
impairs the integrity of the promotion.

8. DISPUTES
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of
action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize shall be resolved
individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively through
binding arbitration.
