1. OVERVIEW

This sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by
Nosotros Life and Spirits ("Sponsor"). By entering, entrants agree to
be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final
and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. All federal, state,
and local laws and regulations apply.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on Saturday, June 13, 2026 at 12:00 AM
Central Time ("CT") and ends on Thursday, July 23, 2026 at 11:59 PM
CT (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries submitted before or after the
Sweepstakes Period will not be accepted. Sponsor's computer is the official
timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

3. ELIGIBILITY

This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the State
of Wisconsin who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of
entry. The following individuals are NOT eligible to enter:

• 
Employees, officers, and directors of Nosotros Life and Spirits and its
parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and
their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or
household members;

• 
Retailers, wholesalers, distributors, or importers of alcoholic
beverages, and their employees, agents, and immediate family or household
members;

• 
Any person who is not a legal resident of the State of Wisconsin at the
time of entry.

4. HOW TO ENTER — NO
PURCHASE NECESSARY

There are two (2) ways to enter this Sweepstakes:

METHOD 1 — QR CODE ENTRY (PRIMARY):

Scan the official Nosotros QR code displayed on promotional
materials at participating bar and restaurant partners in Wisconsin. You will
be directed to the official sweepstakes entry form at [ENTRY URL]. Complete and
submit the form with your first name, last name, valid email address, and phone
number.

QR codes are displayed on table tents, bar cards, and posters
at participating bar and restaurant partner locations throughout Wisconsin.

These Official Rules are available for review at

page is for viewing Official Rules only. Entry into this Sweepstakes is not
available through the rules page — entry is available exclusively via the QR
code entry form described above or by the Alternate Method of Entry below.

METHOD 2 — ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE) BY MAIL:

To enter without a QR code or internet access, mail a 3"
x 5" card with your full name, valid email address, phone number, date of
birth, and return mailing address to: Nosotros Life and Spirits — XRoads41 Bar
& Restaurant Sweepstakes, 1301 E El Segundo Blvd, El Segundo, CA 90245.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than July 23, 2026 and received no
later than July 30, 2026. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person. Use of a P.O.
Box is not permitted.

Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or any automated
means are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete,
illegible, misdirected, or technically corrupted entries. Proof of submission
does not constitute proof of receipt.

5. ENTRY LIMIT

Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, for the
duration of the Sweepstakes Period. Entries in excess of the stated limit will
be disqualified.

6. WINNER SELECTION

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing
from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The random
drawing will be conducted on or around Sunday, July 27, 2026 by Sponsor or its
designated representative. The drawing is not open to the public. The decisions
of Sponsor are final and binding.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries
received during the Sweepstakes Period.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION
& VERIFICATION

The potential winner will be notified by email and phone using
the contact information provided at the time of entry, during the week of July
28, 2026. Sponsor will make a minimum of two (2) attempts to contact the
potential winner.

The potential winner must respond and accept the prize within
twenty-four (24) hours of the first notification attempt. Failure to respond
within twenty-four (24) hours will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an
alternate winner will be selected from remaining eligible entries under the
same conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to repeat this process until a
winner is confirmed or all eligible entries have been exhausted.

The verified winner may be required to complete and return an
Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where permitted by law, a
Publicity Release within seven (7) days of the date such documents are sent.
Non-compliance within this time period or the return of any prize notification
as undeliverable may result in disqualification and the selection of an
alternate winner.

8. PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize: Two (2) XRoads41 2026 Garden Deck 3-Day
VIP Wristbands valid for Thursday, August 6, Friday, August 7, and Saturday,
August 8, 2026 at XRoads41 Music Festival, Oshkosh Festival Grounds, Oshkosh,
Wisconsin.

Garden Deck VIP wristband includes:

•

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Prize: $800.00 (2 tickets x
$400.00 each).

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS:

• 
Transportation to and from XRoads41 in Oshkosh, Wisconsin is NOT
included and is the sole responsibility of the winner.

• 
Overnight accommodations are NOT included and are the sole
responsibility of the winner.

• 
Any and all costs not expressly described above are the sole
responsibility of the winner.

• 
Wristbands are non-transferable once issued to the winner. Winner must
present valid government-issued photo ID confirming age 21 or older at the
festival entrance.

• 
Prize has no cash value and may not be substituted, transferred, or
exchanged, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

• 
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater
value if the stated prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

• 
Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on
the prize. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued if required by law.

• 
Consumption of alcoholic beverages at the event is subject to all
applicable laws. Winner and guest must be 21 years of age or older. Valid
government-issued photo ID will be required for entry to all areas serving
alcohol.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this
Sweepstakes in the event of fraud, technical failure, error, or any other
factor that Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, impairs the integrity
or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor reserves the
right to award the prize from all eligible, non-suspect entries.

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its
parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors,
employees, and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") from any
claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising out of: (i) participation in the
Sweepstakes; (ii) acceptance or use of a prize; or (iii) any breach of these
Official Rules.

Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry
information; human error; technical malfunctions; lost, delayed, or garbled
data; failures of any online or phone systems; interruption or inability to
access the entry form via the internet, network failure, or any other cause.

This Sweepstakes is void outside the State of Wisconsin and
wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

10. PRIVACY

Personal information collected in connection with this
Sweepstakes will be used by Sponsor for administration of the Sweepstakes and,
if consent is given, for future marketing communications. Nosotros Life and
Spirits will not sell personal information to third parties. By entering,
entrants consent to receive communications from Sponsor. Entrants may opt out
at any time.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all
disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected to this
Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort
to any form of class action. All issues and questions concerning the
construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official
Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law rules. Any legal
proceedings arising out of this Sweepstakes shall be brought exclusively in the
courts of Los Angeles County, California.

RULES REQUEST

For the name of the prize winner or a copy of these Official
Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Nosotros Life and Spirits —

August 31, 2026.
